Job Title: Traveling Superintendent
Because of their continued growth, a General Contractor is seeking a
TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT
to join their team.
This company allows you to LIVE ANYWHERE, fly to your job site, cover living and travel expenses, and return home for two long weekends per month.

Provide leadership and management to projects, ensuring safety, profitability, and timely completion. Manage various teams and job sites, maintaining standards of quality and integrity. Participate in all construction phases of assigned projects. Establish and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure the orderly and timely completion of projects in the field. Coordinate with the Project Manager on means and methods for successful project execution. Align with procurement schedules and document delays or changes. Use reports to manage costs and prepare accurate projections. Review and execute all change orders. Complete close-out requirements and punch lists promptly. Provide feedback on subcontractor performance for future bidding or negotiations. Job Requirements
Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical training/experience. 7+ years of experience managing multi-family construction projects, with thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment, scheduling, productivity analysis, and cash flow procedures. Ability to manage large, complex projects or multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. To apply, send your confidential resume to
