to join their team.

Responsibilities of the
TRAVELING COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
include:
Providing leadership and management to assigned projects, ensuring safety, profitability, and timeliness.
Managing various teams and job sites, maintaining standards of quality and integrity.
Participating in all construction phases of the projects.
Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Ensuring the orderly and timely completion of projects.
Coordinating with the Project Manager on means and methods for successful project execution.
Managing costs, preparing projections, and reviewing change orders.
Completing close-out requirements and punch lists promptly.
Providing feedback for future bidding or negotiations, especially on subcontractor performance.
Job Requirements:
A four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical training and/or related experience.
7+ years of experience managing multi-family construction projects, with thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment, scheduling, productivity analysis, and cash flow procedures.
Ability to manage large, complex projects and multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
