POSITION SUMMARY The Supplier Enablement Manager will lead the enablement and onboarding of suppliers into DSV Contract Logistics systems, with a primary focus on the Coupa P2P platform across North America. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to ensure seamless supplier integration, compliance with onboarding milestones, and full adoption of the platform.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead supplier onboarding and enablement across all DSV sites, ensuring timely completion and full adoption of the Coupa platform.
Manage supplier communications, meetings, and issue resolution throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and Coupa to align on enablement milestones, platform configurations, and testing activities.
Track and document onboarding progress, vendor responses, and compliance status.
Drive change management and enforce process adherence to support consistent supplier engagement and system usage.
Collaborate with procurement operations, site leads, and cross‑functional teams to support buy channel, PO, and invoice enablement.
Support training and documentation efforts to reinforce supplier adoption and internal readiness.
Actively contribute to the development and execution of training and adoption strategies in alignment with the Change Management Team.
Provide input on future‑state process design and validate enablement workflows in partnership with Core Team SMEs.
Monitor supplier inquiries and elevate roadblocks to enablement leads as needed.
Support reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis to measure onboarding success and platform utilization.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Background in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sourcing, and/or Supply Chain Management.
3+ years of experience in consulting and/or relevant industry experience with functional/technical proficiency with implementation of at least one module within a financial system solution (i.e. Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, Ariba, etc.).
Experience in designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more Coupa modules.
Ability to articulate and create design documentation for functional areas within sourcing, new vendors, procurement, AP, contracting and others.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
SQL proficiency is a bonus.
Coupa certification is not required, but encouraged.
English (reading, writing, and verbal).
Intermediate mathematical, accounting, and financial skills.
Must be adept at navigating within a matrixed organizational structure, results‑oriented, able to work and meet timelines, work well under pressure and multi‑task, demonstrate ability to work in a complex matrix environment across multiple levels within the organization, motivate and inspire others, question and challenge existing ways of thinking, excel at teaming with operations, human resources, and finance to trouble‑shoot and solve existing problems, maintain effective working relationships with staff and partners, rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and reach company goals in an environment requiring creativity and latitude.
