Senior Project Manager
to lead major water and wastewater projects throughout the Tampa region.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate cross‑functional project teams to ensure successful project execution.
Oversee project safety, quality control, and compliance with regulatory and contractual standards.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing plans to meet performance and financial goals.
Support preconstruction efforts including bid development, subcontractor prequalification, and budget analysis.
Lead project meetings, respond to RFIs, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
Identify and analyze project risks, schedule impacts, and long‑lead material requirements to ensure proactive management.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, consultants, and project partners.
Evaluate project delivery strategies and facilitate the implementation of best practices and alternative approaches when appropriate.
Oversee project closeout activities including documentation, claim resolution, and final reporting.
