Full-Time Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations and P&L for the water/wastewater business unit, aligning with strategic goals and growth targets. Oversee estimating, scheduling, design coordination, cost control, safety, and quality assurance across multiple projects. Build and mentor a high-performing team of project managers and superintendents. Develop and maintain strong client relationships with municipalities, engineers, and industry partners. Manage risk across contracts, insurance, and personnel, with a solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks. Drive business development efforts including pre-selling work, proposal preparation, and market positioning. Oversee subcontractor selection, buyout processes, and field coordination to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Conduct progress meetings and maintain accountability for project performance and financial outcomes. Collaborate with senior leadership to implement marketing initiatives and strategic plans for continued growth. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of experience
in water/wastewater construction, with proven leadership in managing teams and complex projects. Strong understanding of heavy civil construction practices, project controls, and client engagement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Ability to assess financial performance and drive both top-line and bottom-line results. Seniority level
