Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will drive the efficiency, quality, and productivity of manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities include designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing methods, equipment, and systems, collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure the successful production of high-quality products. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimize manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will:
Demonstrate Trystar’s guiding principles and values.
Design and develop manufacturing processes for electrical and metal fabrication equipment, ensuring efficiency, quality, and resource optimization.
Identify, evaluate, and select machinery, tools, and equipment; optimize performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Implement continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
Develop and maintain work instructions, procedures, and documentation to standardize operations.
Collaborate during NPI phases to ensure manufacturability and scalability of new designs.
Develop quality control plans, inspection methods, and testing protocols; resolve manufacturing quality issues.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during manufacturing.
Conduct cost analysis and lead cost reduction initiatives.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless manufacturing processes.
Promote safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements include a passion for our culture, a relevant bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years’ manufacturing experience, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and skills in problem-solving, quality control, project management, and safety practices.
