Senior Test Engineer – Electronic Hardware

Key Responsibilities
Interpret test requirements and develop test procedures for RF, IF, analog and digital sub‑assemblies.
Analyze data to identify root cause and generate change requests for production test issues.
Support test development projects and first‑pass yield improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Program, Quality and Design teams to resolve production issues.
Assist production test engineers and operators with hardware test and troubleshooting.
Travel as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with technical writing and MRP systems.
U.S. citizenship required; U.S. government security clearance required (Secret).
Preferred
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, RF and IF troubleshooting, LabView/LabWindows.
Experience with Tektronix and Keysight instruments and spectrum analyzers.
Continuous improvement mindset and manufacturing test process modernization experience.
