Project Manager - Architecture
for our Los Angeles, CA office. The Project Manager oversees projects from proposal through construction, managing client relationships, project teams, budgets, and schedules. This role requires creativity, foresight, and maturity in managing architectural complexities and ensuring project success. Responsibilities
Lead client and team communication regarding project objectives, scope, terms, and schedules Manage staffing, work plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure quality and profitability Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and bid projects Track financial performance, manage project lifecycle stages, and oversee project close-out Lead client presentations and manage project teams and resources Incorporate sustainable design solutions and promote green practices Qualifications
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture; professional license preferred 10+ years of project management experience in architecture Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, and 3D modeling software Strong communication, team leadership, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines Salary range: $90,000-$130,000 per year.
