About the Position: Hiring for a Preconstruction Manager responsible for managing, supervising, coordinating, and successfully completing project preconstruction phases to meet cost objectives related to contracting, scheduling, estimating, and bidding.
Requirements:
8+ years’ experience in a Preconstruction role, successfully completing Design Build or Construction Management at Risk projects.
Preferred four-year degree in a construction-related field.
Preferred achievement of LEED AP certification.
OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred.
