Hiring for a Preconstruction Manager, responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of project preconstruction phases to achieve the cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating and bidding.
Qualifications / Requirements
8+ years’ experience in a Preconstruction position successfully completing Design Build or Construction Management at Risk projects Preferred four (4) year degree in a construction related curriculum. Preferred achievement of LEED AP. OSHA 30 hour certification preferred.
