Join Erickson Senior Living as a Med Tech with GNA (Certified Med Tech) and GNA for the State of Maryland. Provide person‑centered care to residents in Riderwood Village.
Location Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living, Silver Spring, MD – a 120‑acre continuing‑care retirement community within walking distance of our gated community.
Shift Schedule & Night Shift Differential Night Shift (11:00 pm – 7:30 am). Weekly schedule:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Night Shift Differential:
$2.00 hourly.
Compensation & Sign‑On Bonus Hourly rate commensurate with experience: $22.00 – $26.00.
Sign‑On Bonus:
$1,000 – not available to internal candidates or third‑party agency sourced applicants.

Responsibilities
Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs
Assist residents in activities of daily living (ADLs)
Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences and routine
Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
Work with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed timely
Administer medication to residents
Qualifications
Current Certified Medication Tech (CMT) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for the State of Maryland
Current GNA for the State of Maryland
1–2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred
1–2 years of medication administration experience preferred
Current CPR and First Aid certifications
