Erickson Senior Living Location: Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living We are hiring individuals to support our residents in all aspects of daily living, provide person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents' needs. Responsibilities
Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs Assist residents in activities of daily living Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort, companionship, and belonging Provide assistance with resident activities and programs Work with the clinical team to ensure residents\' needs are addressed in a timely manner Administer medication to residents Qualifications
Current Certified Med Tech (CMT) or Certified Medicine Aide (CMA) for the State of Maryland Current GNA for the State of Maryland 1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred Current CPR and First Aid certifications Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable. hourly, alongside additional shift differential earnings $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

hourly for evening shift (3pm - 11:30pm) and
$2.00
hourly for night shift (11pm - 7:30am) Onsite benefits include medical/dental insurance eligibility and other programs as listed Employment Type
