Fulfillment Team Member

Go Brewing is an award-winning, fast-growing non-alcoholic craft brewery on a mission to create a better tomorrow by offering world-class products that reduce dependency on alcohol. As a Fulfillment Team Member, you'll be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders, managing inventory, preparing outbound shipments, and supporting special projects. This hands-on, active role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset, with bonus points for warehouse or shipping experience. We're looking for someone to step into a part-time role at 32 hours per week with an opportunity to grow the position into full time. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and ship orders from our Online store and Beer Club Prep and label pallets for Amazon FBA shipments and other channels Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment Assist with occasional local deliveries or product transfers Communicate with the team on order issues or inventory shortages Support special projects (e.g., new product launches, events, etc.) What We're Looking For Attention to detail and pride in doing things right the first time Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Comfortable lifting 30-50 lbs and being on your feet Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude Warehouse, shipping, or Amazon prep experience is a plus—but not required What You'll Get $18/hour, paid weekly Access to 401K plan with employer match after 90 days of employment Opportunities for growth—we're expanding fast Flexible schedule and laid-back, positive work environment Employee discounts and access to our latest brews Chance to be part of a purpose-driven company shaking up the beer world
