Construction Scheduler (Full-time, Boston, MA) KEVILLE ENTERPRISES, INC. is a WBE/DBE Certified Construction Management firm specializing in owner‑representative services on public and private projects. We are seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to join our Controls group of 20 full‑time schedulers and 17 estimators.

Hybrid Work Flexibility Work from home flexibility and in‑person attendance for meetings are required.

Duties The scheduler will develop detailed construction contract time determination schedules, review and analyze contractor baseline and monthly update schedules, and recommend mitigation actions for delays. Responsibilities include creating design schedules, maintaining program‑level master schedules, analyzing delay claims, leading schedule‑related meetings with program/project teams, attending progress meetings, and supporting risk analysis and value engineering studies. Additional tasks may include cash flow forecasting, integrated master schedule development, critical path management, resource and cost loading, progress curve development, look‑ahead schedules, what‑if analyses, and monthly status reporting.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. PE, CCM, PSP, or PMI certifications desired.

7+ years of applicable CPM scheduling experience.

Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years scheduling with Primavera P6.

Rail and Transit / Heavy Construction / Highway / Bridge / Water experience preferred.

Thorough understanding of construction CPM scheduling, program scheduling, and cost & resource loading.

Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to read and interpret plans and specifications, and management of multiple tasks.

Experience in Adobe Acrobat, MS Office (Outlook, Word), and skilled in Excel data evaluation, formulas, and metrics.
