Sr. Program Manager, Next Gen Transformation - Remote

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide central oversight and management for the Next Generation Transformation program from inception through execution
Conduct analysis on program levers, dependencies, and trade-offs to inform timelines and strategic investment decisions
Develop and present senior-level presentations to various leadership teams
Lead and mentor Program Management resources, fostering their development and performance
Establish trusted relationships with key program/project partners to guide high-complexity initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management
Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management
Expertise in analyzing and planning complex initiatives, including budgeting and cross-functional dependencies
Minimum of 2 large-scale program implementations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading other leaders
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (PMP or PgMP) preferred
Prior experience with Software Transformation programs, particularly Guidewire
Strong financial analysis skills and experience in business case development
Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint tools
