Oversee and coordinate daily nursing operations to ensure top-quality care Monitor residents’ conditions and address changes promptly Serve as administrative authority during shifts, handling staffing and operational needs Assist nurses with risk assessments, incident investigations, and care plans Manage call-offs, schedule updates, and ensure shift coverage Communicate effectively with leadership regarding urgent and non-urgent matters Support staff development and foster a positive team culture Qualifications
Current RN license in Nevada Previous leadership or supervisory experience required Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience strongly preferred CPR certification Excellent organizational and communication skills Note: Location: Las Vegas, NV (Sandstone Spring Valley)
