Role Description This is a full-time on‑site role for a Facilities Manager based in Groton, CT. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety and compliance, managing maintenance and engineering tasks, coordinating janitorial and industrial cleaning services, and handling landscaping and grounds management. Additional responsibilities include implementing ESG programs, supporting laboratory services, and improving workplace solutions to enhance user experiences and maintain a sustainable and efficient facility environment.
Qualifications
Strong background in Facilities Maintenance & Engineering and Laboratory Support Services
Experience in Janitorial & Industrial Cleaning and Landscaping & Grounds Management
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to lead and engage teams to deliver innovative facilities management solutions
Experience in workplace safety and compliance
Experience with technology and energy‑efficient practices is a plus
