The Vision Center Manager drives sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, models customer service approaches, and oversees community outreach programs. The manager also ensures compliance with company policies, provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, and upholds the company's Open Door Policy. Responsibilities
Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation Models and enforces customer service approaches and techniques Oversees community outreach programs and encourages associates to serve as good members of the community Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates Requirements
Completion of 2 or more years of college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience including 1 year’s optical experience High school diploma or equivalent Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules Benefits
