Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Planner who will be responsible for project planning, forecasting, and integrating schedules with cost and resource management. The role involves strategic planning support and requires advanced skills in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project execution plans (PEP) and baseline schedules.
Perform integrated planning across schedule, cost, and resource management.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and what-if scenario analysis.
Monitor schedule performance and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align execution with organizational strategy.
Provide advanced reporting including S-curves, histograms, and dashboards.
Collaborate with project controls, procurement, and risk management teams.
Ensure compliance with project governance, methodologies, and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Controls, or related discipline.
5–10 years of planning experience in complex projects or portfolios.
Expertise in Primavera P6 (preferred) and MS Project.
Strong understanding of EVM, risk management, and cost control integration.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
PMP / PMI-SP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
