$50.00/hr - $52.00/hr Title: Procurement Manager Duration: 06+ Months Job Summary:

We have the ability to continue to extend the contract every six months if the resource’s performance is good. *Not temp to hire. Client is seeking professional expert services to support NAM regional facilities and suppliers. Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as the main contact across stakeholders mainly plant, project management & procurement. Functional Project Leader to coordinate project/procurement activities related to Productivity projects by ensuring the correct deployment of the general project/procurement processes in the plant. Propose cost reduction projects/ideas (Quality value add & Change of supplier) within his/her perimeter in consistency with the Purchasing strategy goals. Contribute to the correct financial analytics maintenance via the regular and constant update of financial tools. Support the procurement strategy for supplier consultation & selection. Support and/or lead all the activities related to the supply qualification system in the plant according to the responsibility matrix defined. Initiate and manage Request for Quote through SSP-SRM. Coordinate 3F's, Build Up and Samples as related to Project execution. ERP update 'Workflows/One Shuttle: * Update PIR and Vendor change. PO Placement coordination (tools, samples and production). Optimize logistics/packaging conditions and requirements according to plant/project needs. Coordinate activities related to project needs & procurement activities. Oversee risk analysis to align procurement with project targets. Drive prioritization activities considering plant/project needs. Resolve supplier/plants/cross functional groups conflicts. Collect productivity improvement ideas from the support functions. Plan Productivity Gemba Walks and Productivity Workshops. Transition initiatives from Idea to execution via preparation of Business Case. Present Business case before Board of Change. Required Skills:

• Business continuity Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering and/or Supply Chain or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing or Project Management. Advanced English proficiency to thrive in our global environment. Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not a must. Familiarity with SAP, along with knowledge of engineering/manufacturing processes. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including supplier management, cost analysis, and inventory management. Experience with commodities like stampings, sheet metal fabrication, plastics, or electronics. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team. Other Skills: Multicultural experience, teamwork, and digital acumen are highly valued. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and database management. Ways of Working:

It needs to be defined since the beginning of the commercial relationship depending on the nature of activities. Should be hybrid (50% to 75%: on site / 50% to 25%: home) or 100% on site. Seniority level
