Responsibilities
ensure the accuracy of daily, monthly and quarterly investment portfolio and composite performance data for 4 million custody accounts
identify and resolve issues with account, benchmark and composite performance reporting data
perform systematic reconciliations between portfolio performance reporting systems and the official books and records of the firm
collaborate with multiple Operations teams and technology partners to research and resolve data issues impacting performance calculations and reporting
participate in change initiatives which impact the team\'s workflows and/or performance reporting platforms
Salary Detailed salary information: Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000. US salary information: The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team You’ll be working as part of the Wealth Management U.S. Client Review Portfolio and Performance Reporting team located in either Weehawken, New Jersey or Nashville, Tennessee. We provide support to client advisors and perform data analysis for investment portfolios in an effort to ensure the accuracy of over 8 million client performance reports produced annually. The individual will be a member of the overall Client Review team which has front to back responsibility for performance reporting platforms, tools and support.
Your expertise You have:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum five years relevant work experience, preferably in Wealth Management, Asset Management or Investment Banking
Minimum three years in an investment performance analyst role, ideally working with a variety of investment products (e.g. equities, fixed income, mutual funds, UMA accounts, options overlay, alternatives)
The position requires a strong understanding of investment analysis and performance calculation methodologies
CIPM and other designations a plus
Proficient in MS Excel
an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
able to communicate complex data and serve as an internal subject matter expert on performance standards and systems
a problem solver who is resourceful and able to work both independently and as part of a team
proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in a dynamic environment with fast paced deliveries and changing requirements
