We’re looking for someone like that who can: Efficiently track, monitor, and report business performance and perform monthly business analysis to identify trends, gaps and opportunities Create and maintain Power BI dashboards as self-service business intelligence solutions for multiple stakeholders, from requirements gathering to report design, development, implementation and deployment Perform exploratory data analysis, data transformation and build WAC data infrastructure in Azure SQL server Build individual and team level productivity reports, sales and talent dashboards to determine key areas of improvement to help facilitate effective business and process transformation Develop and create client outreach campaigns from the database, and track yield and progress reporting Support new business initiatives by performing strategic and analytical assessments on ad hoc basis Become a subject matter expert on UBS data sources and their respective data points Support ad hoc reporting needs to answer data questions and inform management and decision makers Optimize, enhance, overhaul, replace or discontinue existing reports as needed Help drive report adoption and assist report audiences with training or troubleshooting to ensure reports are being utilized and providing value Detailed salary information: Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $105000 to $130000. The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your experience and skills A university degree in an analytical field like engineering, mathematics, accounting, finance or information technology Ideally 5+ years-experience in a data driven reporting or business analytics role Expertise in SQL Server, Python, data analytics, and database management Highly proficient in Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven analytical capability and ability to package information Have a basic understanding of the financial markets Strong work ethic and drive to succeed Looking for someone who is a self-starter with a hands on mentality and a passion for data and reporting in a very fast paced high profile environment Detail-oriented and familiar with validating reports to ensure accuracy Excellent at visualizing data and formatting reporting for effective consumption Open to taking ownership of responsibilities and proactively driving projects forward Able to switch gears quickly from big picture thinking to detailed execution About us
