Overview
Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. This range is provided by BrightView Landscapes. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Schedule and direct personnel and resources toward providing quality, cost-effective enhancement services to clients. Support Account Manager(s) in estimating, design and client meetings as needed; sell enhancement services to clients with or without base maintenance contracts. Oversee a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple service teams; train and develop these individuals through day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance. Understand client needs via regular communication with Account Manager(s); coordinate materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors required to deliver quality work. Inspect properties prior to scheduled service to prepare a specific action plan for service; assess irrigation systems and communicate recommendations for repairs or adjustments. Monitor all aspects of the landscape after service and identify insect or disease problems; perform hands-on work with crews as needed to meet scheduling demands. Enforce BrightView policies and procedures related to upkeep, maintenance, storage, use, and training for branch equipment; assist Branch Manager with staffing, hiring, and daily crew scheduling. Ensure proper paperwork for employee changes and hires; communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and develop growth plans for employees. Provide hands-on training on equipment operation, pruning techniques, safety, and quality standards; emphasize safety and monitor safety records. Maintain administrative systems (time sheets, job databases, service schedules); order materials, monitor costs and deliveries; assist Branch Manager with enhancement sales tasks as required. Qualifications
Minimum of a 2-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry, or local marketplace, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
