Landscape Crew Leader at East Coast Facilities, Inc. Pay Scale: $17-$19 per hour Benefits Available: Health Care, 401K, Paid Vacation, Professional Uniforms, Comprehensive Training For Career Advancement Brief Overview: A Landscape Management Crew Leader is a working team member who oversees lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, landscape maintenance, pruning, fertilization, weed control, planting trees and shrubs, flower installation, leaf clean-ups, and similar tasks. This position reports to a Project Manager and leads a crew of up to 8 persons in landscape management operations. Responsibilities

Lead a crew of up to 8 personnel on landscape management projects Perform and supervise lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, fertilization, weed control, planting, pruning, and related landscape tasks Coordinate daily work, ensure tasks are completed to project specifications and quality standards Prepare and secure materials, tools, and equipment for the day’s schedule; manage fuel, vehicle cleanliness, and paperwork Assign tasks to crew members and ensure work is completed correctly and on time Ensure crew members report to work on time and follow company rules and procedures Take appropriate disciplinary actions as necessary and involve the Project Manager when required Train crew members on safety policies and job-specific tasks; certify crews in assigned tasks Support performance reviews and monitor crew progress against goals Promote safe working conditions and enforce company safety policies; maintain a zero-accident standard Maintain professional image of service vehicle and crew uniforms; monitor employee conduct Manage equipment, tools, vehicles, and trailers; ensure proper maintenance and inventory Read and write English proficiently; organize and implement work schedules Read and follow forms and procedures for accident reporting, equipment inventory, safety inspections, and related administrative tasks Qualifications

Must be a journeyman in one or more of the listed landscape sub-categories Able to operate a smartphone, send/receive emails, and take digital photos Able to speak, read, and write fluently in English Have and hold a clean driver’s license Can pass drug test and criminal background check Comply with business ethics, applicable laws, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information Work Environment/Physical Requirements

Work near traffic and near natural bodies of water Operate various types of work lifts; ability to work overtime or extended shifts as required Ability to withstand extreme temperatures (0–95°F) and direct sunlight Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.; bend, stoop, and twist regularly Additional Information
