SG2 Recruiting . ServiceNow Systems Engineer position based in Tampa, FL supporting USCENTCOM IT Services (CITS) Program. Responsibilities

Responsible for ServiceNow system maintenance, workflow development, bug fixes, enhancements, upgrades, and assisting with the technical implementation of the tool. Experience implementing ServiceNow system solutions in a Linux environment. Proven ability and knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with other systems. Experience implementing and supporting ITOM and ITAM applications including discovery, asset management, service mapping patterns, and event management. Monitor system stability to prevent service degradation or interruption; conduct risk assessments to identify potential gaps. Knowledge and experience supporting relational databases such as MariaDB, including installation, optimization, indexing, and coding. Assist with the configuration and maintenance of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules with expertise in Agile Development, along with Demand, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management. Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide visibility into portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities. Work with the CSI Lead to evaluate impacts of initiatives and drive delivery of advanced ITSM processes and tooling solutions that meet customer use cases. Assist in delivering best practices for the Enterprise including ITIL, Agile, and PMBOK frameworks for IT services. Maintain customer relationships in support of lifecycle replacement of IT hardware for the entire IT Enterprise. Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow; configure many application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access control. Modify and/or customize core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Requests, and Service Catalog while applying best practices. Provide support to end users and stakeholders on SPM functionalities and best practices. Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job. U.S. Citizen and an Active Secret clearance Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education, certifications, training, or work experience). 3-5 years' experience as a ServiceNow Systems Engineer ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Certified System Engineer ITIL v4 Foundation Certification Applicable DoD 8140 or DoD 8570 Certification Bonus / Preferred qualifications

ServiceNow ITSM Implementer certification Knowledge of incident, problem, change, knowledge, and request fulfillment management Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Jelly scripts, and RESTful API web services Travel Requirements

May travel up to 10% during the year to support USCENTCOM Exercises, including OCONUS locations Seniority level
