Salary range: $118,500 - $213,500. Responsibilities

Manage and train subordinates on HSE activities for large-scale or multi-projects, including budgeting, staffing, and scheduling; prepare certification/classification programs and supporting HSE documents; coordinate and execute safety cases and support studies; perform Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA), Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), Fire Protection Specifications (FPS), and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) as required by certification or regulatory entities. Provide guidance to business lines, project management, and Company organizations through interpretation and promulgation of HSE practices and procedures in relation to client requirements and current laws and regulations. Make decisions on engineering/scientific problems and methods related to HSE using advanced techniques within the field and related disciplines. Lead the implementation of HSE programs, including project site-based orientation, recognition and awards programs, to promote safety and productivity in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Run gap analyses to identify and address program gaps between Company practices, client requirements, and regulatory requirements to ensure project conformance. Provide leadership to initiate, foster and maintain HSE standards through Company and project wide programs to heighten awareness of safe and productive work environments. Adhere to and support Fluor\'s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies. Other duties as assigned. Basic Job Requirements

Accredited four-year degree (or global equivalent) in applicable field and ten years of related experience, or fourteen years total experience if non‑degreed; some locations may have different qualifications due to local requirements. Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders. Job‑related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job. Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines. Attention to detail and ability to work in a time‑conscious manner. Proof of US Citizenship required. Serve as a Company representative to external HSE organizations. Preferred Qualifications

Advanced computer and software skills, including word processing, email, and advanced use of spreadsheets and electronic presentations. Ability to manage a medium to large project or multi‑project site. Demonstrated leadership skills including mediation abilities. Strong critical thinking/reasoning ability and effective public speaking/presentation skills. Excellent organizational skills and a valid driver’s license if required. Compensation & Benefits
