Aerocraft Heat Treating CO. Inc is a PCC owned commercial heat treater of steel, titanium, & high temperature materials. Founded in 1959, Aerocraft processes forgings, castings, bar, plate, and rough-machined parts. Materials are processed for most of the aerospace prime contractors.

Job Summary:
The Environmental Site Lead will review processes, technical and regulatory issues, and execute permit functions to meet compliance needs. RECLAIM and California air regulation experience is a must. The Role: Provide technical expertise, and develop, implement, and support programs and tools that help ensure proactive compliance. Ensure that air quality programs, procedures, training, work practices, and controls are effectively implemented and developed up to client standards. Conduct all necessary actions regarding Title V, RECLAIM, Emissions Reporting, Green House Gas, technical and regulatory issues, etc. Build relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels, both within the organization and with external regulatory agencies. The Candidate: 5+ years of work experience, particularly with air quality compliance/regulations. Experienced in air permitting and regulations, including AB32, RECLAIM, SCAQMD & Title V. Working knowledge of federal and California state environmental regulations. Multisite or project management experience interfacing with regional stakeholders. Essential Functions:
Maintain database related to key EHS performance indicators/records/SDS. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining overall environmental compliance with support and leadership from the EH&S Manager. Conduct and coordinate environmental trainings and inspections. Perform site audits, complete, and analyze monthly environmental reports and other status reports as well as assist with completing or managing required environmental sampling and reporting. Collect and support stormwater compliance inspections, sampling, and reporting in accordance with the facility SWPPP and provisions of the Industrial General Permit. Comply with PCC Code of Conduct Requirements. Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required: B.S. or M.S. degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or STEM-related field. Minimum Experience required: Entry Level or Mid-Level. Skills Required: Experienced in air permitting and regulations, including AB32, RECLAIM, & Title V. Must be proficient or have relevant experience with the following: SCAQMD, EPA, CalEPA, CWA, DTSC, CUPA. Must be detail-oriented and possess organizational skills. Possess a strong technical aptitude along with the ability to work independently. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proficient in PC programs, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to interact with all levels of personnel in cross-functional teams.
