We are seeking an experienced, driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing self-perform projects, utilizing project management tools such as Procore, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role is instrumental in leading and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Base pay
$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Fantastic opportunity to run high-scale projects from cradle to grave as a leader in a growing Wisconsin general contractor environment. Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Utilize project management tools such as Procore to manage self-perform projects. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the self-perform space. Proficient in using Procore project management software or similar tools. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure. Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Benefits
