Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking a Project Manager - Customer Experience Programs. Summary: We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within a dynamic Customer Experience (CX) team. This role is responsible for managing programs from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Program Managers to drive all phases of development, from concept through design transfer
Plan and track project performance against short- and long-term goals
Ensure projects remain within scope and on schedule
Maintain standard project templates and reporting tools (e.g., scorecards, dashboards, JIRA, SharePoint)
Manage a centralized site for project documentation and user access
Prepare project summary reports and track project plans
Support the preparation of regular status presentations to leadership
Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items
Route and manage approval workflows
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards, quality requirements, and corporate policies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of project management experience in a technical discipline
Familiarity with U.S. and international medical device and drug delivery regulations
Understanding of product development lifecycles, including software and/or disposable development
Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and foster a cooperative work environment
Compensation and Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
