What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred

10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise-level portfolio, program, or project management

Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management

Strong understanding of financial statements, business case development, and program management metrics

Minimum of 2 large-scale program implementations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

3+ years of people leadership experience, with at least 1 year leading other leaders

Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)

Experience with software transformation programs, particularly Guidewire

Strong financial analysis skills and experience in developing/managing business cases

Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint tools
