Facilities Services Manager

to join our Enterprise Support team. This role supports the whole PACE enterprise and can be based out of any of our major Boeing sites. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of Boeing’s PACE Leadership team, where you will play a vital role in the planning, initiation, and execution of facility construction projects that support the Boeing Enterprise. Position Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a process to support all the hiring managers with the requisition approval and tracking process, job postings, candidate selection, and interviews Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and templates Design and implement an effective onboarding program to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization Coordinate orientation sessions and training for new employees Work closely with the hiring managers, recruiters, Human Resource Generalists and other stakeholders to align hiring strategies and activities with organizational goals Provide regular updates on hiring progress and metrics to senior management Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and onboarding processes Ability to travel up to 25% domestically Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing or onboarding 3+ years of experience managing or leading people or teams 25% domestic travel Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience coaching, mentoring and providing developmental opportunities to enhance employee performance within their organization Experience in an engineering, facilities and/or maintenance role in a manufacturing environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and stakeholders Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously Experience building relationships and working collaboratively across various departments Drug Free Workplace
