Finastra is seeking a Strategic Pricing Team Leader who will be responsible for leading the Strategic Pricing team and ensuring consistent direction, alignment, and governance across all strategic pricing activities. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales Operations and will act as Chair of the Pricing Committee with accountability for cross-functional alignment and executive communication. Key Responsibilities

Develop, lead, and execute pricing initiatives as developed by the Pricing Strategy work, specifically: Own the process for setting list prices, discount thresholds, and deal desk approvals by customer tier/region, leveraging inputs from BUs, Finance, and Legal Standardize pricing processes and enforce discipline through clear guidelines and compliance frameworks Build and maintain competitive intelligence programs thru market research, win/loss analysis, and benchmarking to ensure pricing remains market-aligned Implement consistent pricing analytics and continuous feedback loop for strategic pricing reviews, informed by real-time market data Chair the Pricing Committee and ensure cross-functional alignment and executive communication on pricing initiatives Experience

10+ years of professional experience / 5+ years in Pricing Extensive experience in strategic pricing, financial modeling, and competitive analysis within a complex, multi-product organization or revenue consulting firm Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing pricing governance processes Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics or Mathematics Experience in implementing pricing strategies for new product launches and lifecycle management Experience in Software and Financial Services / Fintech Skills and Competencies

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable pricing decisions Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in pricing software, data analysis, and market research High business acumen and commercial awareness, with a focus on driving growth and customer value Leadership and team-building capabilities Attention to detail, process orientation, and commitment to continuous improvement Benefits
