The Integrated Space Effects (ISE) team is searching for an Operations Analyst or Engineer with experience in multi-domain (e.g. space, air, terrestrial) mission modeling, modeling & simulation (M&S), and data analysis. Responsibilities:
Develop and apply modeling and simulation (M&S) expertise to support the analysis of complex space-based systems and missions. Create and maintain physics-based models of government & other systems, leveraging your domain expertise and engineering judgment to ensure accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analysis needs, develop solutions, and deliver results to stakeholders and customers. Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences through clear and effective briefings and presentations. Translate customer questions into meaningful studies, and develop advanced modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) methods to enable analyses that support requirements definition, system of system evaluation, interoperability in joint environments, and utility assessments of advanced technology and concepts. Qualifications:
Experience with modeling, simulation, and analysis of defense or space systems Experience in Space mission area 2+ years experience programming and scripting using MATLAB, Python, R, or similar language 2+ years experience in modeling and simulation tools, such as STK or AFSIM Must have an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance US Citizenship required Desired Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) field Active TS/SCI clearance Multi-domain kill chain, ISR, and/or space security analysis experience Strong math, physics, and statistics background Benefits:
