What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead strategic program execution and manage cross-functional teams for transformation programs
Oversee a team of program management resources, focusing on talent development and employee engagement
Align with business and IT leaders to translate divisional strategies into actionable roadmaps
Conduct analysis on program dependencies and trade-offs to inform strategic decisions
Develop and present senior-level program updates to various leadership teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in consulting or enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management
Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management
Strong understanding of program management principles and experience leading large cross-functional projects
Minimum of 2 large-scale implementations of programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
3+ years of people leadership experience, including at least 1 year leading other leaders
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
Experience with Software Transformation programs, specifically Guidewire
Strong financial analysis skills and experience in business case development
Proactive self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
