Up to $110K (depending on experience) Job Summary
This Full‑Time position is an essential part of an Owner’s Agent (CMa) team supporting a GSA program in the Baltimore, MD area. The QAQC Inspector with Structural Experience will provide proactive management advice to GSA, ensuring the project is run safely and all GSA standards are met. The role will require some off‑hours work, at night and/or on weekends. Daily Responsibilities
Maintain excellent relationships with clients, building occupants, the contractor, and Design teams Provide daily site inspections to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications, and codes Coordinate in the field with clients/owners, consultants, contractors, designers, and regulatory agencies Prepare daily reports Review the Contractor’s schedule Ensure labor compliance Coordinate 3rd‑party special material testing inspections Review and provide input on potential change order issues Maintain project records and project photographic records Verify field surveys Report on project issues and provide status updates Perform other duties as may be required Required Qualifications
Ten (10) years of experience inspecting multiple types of construction, including structural repairs; must be a master, journeyman, or certified inspector Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations with a 30‑HR OSHA Safety card (prior to start) Ability to work well with others and willingness to learn in a team environment Strong computer skills, experience with Windows Office and construction management software Experience working on projects in occupied buildings Experience as an inspector on projects greater than $5M in value that include structural components in the scope of work Preferred Qualifications
Experience as an Inspector on GSA projects and familiarity with federal policies and procedures Seniority Level
