Responsibilities

Building Relationships:

Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, aiming to deliver “Customers for Life” service every time.

Managing Your Service Route:

Oversee daily operations of your Universal Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks.

Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.

Monitor termite bait systems to ensure they’re functioning properly.

Problem‑solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs.

Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.

Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.

Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.

Safety First:

Maintain a safety‑first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle.

What We Expect From You

Adhere to the NorthWest Way, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.

Act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

No experience required.

Must be 18 years of age.

Valid driver’s license required.

Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.

Work in all types of weather conditions.
