Banking Center Manager – Kingwood, West Virginia, United States Location: This position is 100% in office at the Kingwood Banking Center. 37.5 hours per week. Full-time. Market: Morgantown All Locations: Kingwood, West Virginia, United States Responsibilities

Drive employee engagement by fostering a positive work environment that motivates, supports, and recognizes exceptional performance. Lead relationship-building, efficient operations of a full-service banking center, and ensure proper training and development of staff to provide excellent customer service. Direct sales and service initiatives for the location; engage in proactive customer interaction both in-branch and at customer locations; conduct outside sales efforts to prospect business and retail customers; participate in community service opportunities in the market. Spend significant time on outside sales directed at prospecting and centers of influence, and participate in community activities. Provide operational oversight to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and security measures; assist in hiring, supervising, training, and coaching staff to achieve service, sales, and operational objectives. Promote a sales culture within the banking center and provide management, coaching, and training to staff for selling and cross-selling products to meet individual and team goals. Communicate goals to staff and monitor performance; adjust goals and initiate promotions as needed to meet targets. Lead development of small business banking opportunities through calls, originations, or referrals to meet sales goals and customer needs. Oversee and contribute to branch consumer production and growth to achieve budgeted results. Set priorities, direct and delegate responsibilities, and ensure implementation of activities. Promote company products and services in the community to support growth of the Bank. Handle operational aspects of the banking center, including audits, reports, control accounts, branch cash levels, cash items, and over/short management. Participate in recruitment and selection; assist with training, coaching, and development of staff. Ensure regular sales and staff meetings; keep staff well informed. Essential Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Supervisory or proven leadership experience required. Banking, cash handling, sales, and customer service experience or equivalent (at least two years). Strong consumer lending skills preferred with understanding of small business lending; ability to review financial statements, tax returns, and related information. Proficient in monitoring and interpreting customer financials for lending needs. Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Banking Center staff; foster a team concept across banking center and other lines of business. Conduct performance evaluations, reward and discipline employees, address complaints, and resolve problems. Includes proactive recruiting and ongoing coaching and training. Other Skills and Requirements

Banking is a regulated industry; maintain proficiency in policies and procedures and complete compliance training timely. Proficient in Microsoft 365; ability to use technology for meetings, coaching, and training; knowledge of banking software and digital services. Ability to read, interpret, and write business materials; present information clearly; respond to questions from colleagues and customers. Strong problem-solving with sound judgment and adherence to policies and procedures. Extensive product knowledge and ability to multi-task in a flexible environment. Proven ability to generate new financial relationships via outbound calling, outside business development, and building a referral network. Ability to interact with a variety of retail and commercial customers and clearly convey concepts verbally and in writing. NMLS registration required within thirty days of hire.
