Senior Supply Chain Manager , you will oversee all financial, operational, and human resource functions within the Supply Chain Department of

Sumter Specimen Management manufacturing facility . You will lead end-to-end supply chain processes—including Purchasing, Planning, Sterilization, Master Data Management, Shipping, and Logistics—ensuring excellence in operations, regulatory compliance, inventory management, and strategic planning. This highly visible role directly influences product availability, operational continuity, and long-term supply chain transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership Lead and coach a team of 3 Supply Chain Managers across Inbound, Outbound, and Planning functions. Represent the Sumter facility in divisional Integrated Reconciliation Meetings. Facilitate business alignment with Finance, CI, Marketing, and Business Units. Lead capacity planning, investment alignment, and plant-wide strategic outlooks. Support strategic initiatives (e.g., manufacturing transfers, make-vs-buy analysis, business continuity planning). Oversee purchasing of raw materials, MRO, and capital equipment. Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards. Collaborate with One Company Procurement (OCP) on supplier identification and global procurement goals. Align production plans with global demand and supply chain stakeholders. Lead master production schedule review and optimization efforts. Manage planning inputs for Rubber and Injection Molding departments. Support global product availability and cost efficiency goals. Maintain high efficiency in the on-site Gamma sterilizer operations. Coordinate with corporate microbiology and sterilization assurance functions. Ensure smooth shipping and product flow to distribution centers and partner facilities. Lead initiatives for process improvement, digitalization, and master data integrity. Maintain control documentation in line with ISO/QSR/SOX standards. Identify and lead cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Own processes for non-conforming material disposition in coordination with Quality. Develop and execute inventory strategies across Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods. Report on production, backorders, and inventory to Corporate, Finance, and Accounting teams. Lead and develop a team of exempt professionals across the supply chain. Oversee coaching, performance management, training, and succession planning. Foster cross-functional collaboration and a high-performance culture. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. 10+ years of experience in supply chain or materials management in a manufacturing environment. 15+ years total manufacturing experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional roles with increasing responsibility. Proficient in SAP and APRISO systems. Experience in medical devices, regulated manufacturing, or high-volume production. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills. Strong project management, change leadership, and problem-solving ability. Ability to manage complex operations and teams in a dynamic environment.
