Barge Design Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our State & Local Client Center and lead growth in our Florida practice. The role involves providing leadership to our Florida transportation team, supporting strategic growth, and mentoring staff. The position is remote and can be based anywhere. Responsibilities
Develop and execute the business plan for the State & Local Client Center. Collaborate on marketing, pursuit strategies, proposals, and interviews. Manage project functions including proposals, contracts, schedules, budgets, and quality oversight. Facilitate meetings, manage scope changes, and develop design solutions. Supervise staff, ensure workforce capabilities, and collaborate across departments. Perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; PE preferred, PMP considered. 10-15 years of roadway design/project management experience. Experience with FDOT is highly desirable. Strong communication, management, and collaboration skills. Why Join Us?
