Earthborne Trucks and Equipment is a leading provider of equipment and solutions, dedicated to helping contractors, landscapers, and hardscapers professionals excel in their work. We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The territory will focus on Southern Delaware, Salisbury, MD, and the Eastern Shore.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand Earthborne’s equipment customer base
Actively engage target customers, build strong relationships, understand their needs, and propose equipment solutions from our product portfolio
Present our value proposition and solutions, communicating the benefits of our offerings
Meet and exceed monthly targets for product demonstrations, cold calls, and customer growth
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development) to ensure a seamless sales process and excellent customer experience
Maintain strong product knowledge and continuously educate yourself on industry advancements
Uphold our core values and reputation as a trusted partner by delivering outstanding service and achieving sales goals
Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Previous sales experience (representative or manager) with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong network and existing relationships within the New Castle, Delaware and Cecil County, MD markets
Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills
Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a positive, outgoing personality and strong work ethic
Strong business acumen and cold-calling capability in Construction, Landscaping, Tree Service/Forestry sectors
Ability to grow new customers and reach decision makers
Residence within the territory
CDL license a plus; experience with trailer towing and securing equipment for transport
