Parts, Service, Sales, & Rentals Representative
role at our Felton, DE location. The position aims to solve customer problems, develop strong customer relationships, and create a steady and growing revenue stream. The sales territory covers counties in Delaware and parts of Maryland. Responsibilities
Schedule appointments and manage a territory that varies daily; maintain relationships with current customers. Develop, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships to generate a steady and growing revenue stream. Become a solution expert and sell products and services that demonstrate expertise and customer support. Work with limited supervision and maintain a CRM daily. Attend all sales calls and meetings, reporting directly to the Branch Manager. Demonstrate active listening with strong written and verbal communication skills. Be innovative and exercise good judgment in decision-making. Willingness to work shifts as needed, including days, nights, and weekends to meet customer demands. Requirements
Valid driver’s license. Non-CDL, DOT medical card (or ability to obtain). Strong PC skills; able to self-develop and adapt to changing technology. Excellent customer service skills. Team player with the ability to manage multiple items simultaneously. Uphold core values of honesty, integrity, teamwork, and commitment to excellence. Equal Opportunity
