Document Control Manager The Document Control Manager organizes and maintains project drawings, documentation and related information across design, procurement, quality, construction, commissioning, and operations.
Responsibilities
Work with a Document Management System to register, organize, maintain, issue, and distribute project plans, drawings, and records.
Track, issue, distribute, and manage Requests for Information, Change notifications, Deviations, etc.
Receive, register, organize, and maintain design, quality, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations documentation.
Adhere to the project document numbering system, templates, processes, procedures, and workflows.
Update document templates as needed.
Ensure that documents are authorized, issued, and distributed correctly and in a timely manner.
Support the project’s paper‑based systems for storage, distribution, and retrieval of documentation and records.
Liaise with document originators and designers to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies within the Document Management System.
Provide administrative support to the document control team when necessary.
Coordinate weekly and monthly reports.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrate computer literacy in Microsoft Office and an engineering or construction‑oriented Document Management System.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an international project team environment.
Possess familiarity with technical documentation including plans, specifications, engineering drawings, design reports, quality records, software, procedures, work instructions, safety documentation, and construction records (desirable).
Qualifications
Demonstrate computer literacy in Microsoft Office and an engineering or construction‑oriented Document Management System.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an international project team environment.
Possess familiarity with technical documentation (desirable).
This position is primarily indoors.
May involve minimal exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
Physical Demands

Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
