We are seeking a dependable and organized
Transportation Supervisor
to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of resident transportation to and from medical appointments.
CNA certification is strongly preferred , as it enables hands-on assistance with residents during transport when needed. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee scheduling of resident transportation Ensure residents are transported safely and on time to medical appointments Drive facility vehicle when needed Communicate with nursing staff to ensure resident transport needs are met Provide hands-on assistance to residents during transport, when necessary Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and schedule maintenance Qualifications: High school diploma or GED (required) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (strongly preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required) 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or nursing home (preferred) Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to lift and assist residents as needed during transport Benefits (Full-Time): 401(k) Retirement Plan Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Supportive, team-oriented environment Why Join Us?
