Rockefeller Capital Management offers a distinctive Summer Analyst Program experience as a premier independent financial advisory firm. Our diversified businesses, boutique size, and entrepreneurial culture shape a dynamic, personalized experience for our Analysts. Our Summer Analyst program is a ten-week (June-August) internship designed to provide an opportunity to experience the culture and atmosphere of Rockefeller Capital Management. Summer Analysts will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of the business, providing opportunities to learn, grow, and excel. Key Highlights of the Program

Mentorship program to support learning and development. Weekly speaker series to promote a deep understanding of the firm, our culture, and share perspectives from employees. Intensive training on our business model and how employees contribute to achieving our goals. Frequent connectivity with other Summer Analysts and our program team. Round table discussions on current events with macro and micro relevance to our business. Opportunities to exchange ideas and network with peers, mentors, and senior leaders throughout the firm. Eligibility and Selection Criteria

To be eligible for consideration, students must be projected 2027 graduates and in good standing at the school. Analysts should have an interest in the financial services industry and be eager to learn and make an impact. Responsibilities

Actively liaison with business partners to elicit information about current state and future state business processes and procedures. Break down business processes into detailed business and systems requirements for technology projects and operational procedures. Work with the UX team to deliver screens that are intuitive and efficient for end users. Manage and oversee project meetings with internal and external business stakeholders to produce action plans and milestone delivery schedules. Develop user stories and participate in grooming sessions with developers to finalize or refine feature requirements and designs. Qualifications and Skills

Interaction Design: Develop effective interactive design solutions that meet requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ease of use; focus on seamless user journeys. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma; ensure designs align with user needs and business goals. Visual Design: Apply visual design principles to create usable interfaces across platforms; maintain consistency with design system and brand guidelines. Collaboration: Work with product managers, business analysts, leads, developers, and other stakeholders. Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile processes; contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives. User Research: Apply user research best practices to understand and validate needs and pain points. Design System & Documentation: Update and evolve (Figma-based) design system and documentation. Presentation Ability: Deliver effective and concise presentations to team members, stakeholders, and executives. Voice of the User: Advocate for user-centered design and push back against poor design direction. Compensation
