The Defibrillation Solutions (DS) business is made up of the foundational therapies of Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator business (ICD) and Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy Defibrillators (CRT-D). The DS product portfolio is among the largest revenue contributors across Medtronic with an extensive global footprint and exciting growth opportunities.

Associate Product Manager.
The Associate Product Manager, as part of the DS Commercial Marketing Team, supports the growth in initial implants and the adoption of exclusive technology, and help the business exceed business goals across 2 product categories with 2 different market dynamics (transvenous dual and single chamber ICDs and CRT-Ds). Position Description We are seeking an Associate Product Manager (Specialist) that will partner closely across the DS Transvenous Marketing Team to drive the portfolio globally through the sharing of best practices, key resources, and partnering where appropriate on product launch, evidence dissemination, or marketing campaign initiatives. This role will specifically help us drive our US marketing plan through data analysis, targeted initiatives, and supporting the creation of compelling field and customer focused campaigns/initiatives/programs to help the field in driving execution. A Day in the Life: Maintain pulse on US implants at a nationwide, regional, and district level. Make recommendations as necessary to drive acceleration and growth. Gather insights from the US field on implant trends and competitive intel. Analyze internal and third-party data to identify competitive targets and field opportunities. Promote customer engagement offerings to the US field. Partner with Medical Education team and product managers on targeting and execution, as needed. Partner with DS Marketing team to track and report impact of customer engagement activities such as peer-to-peer programs, roadshows, and SME visits and growth within opportunity accounts. Partner with Product Managers to ensure consistent messaging and positioning of the portfolio, products and features across all sales and customer marketing channels, materials, and training, maintain claims matrix(es) as needed. Develop robust, working knowledge of the Transvenous portfolio and the supporting clinical evidence to confidently articulate the value of our key product features and exclusives to sales teams and customers. Will provide product marketing support for Transvenous Devices, Leads & Delivery Systems and may have key product ownership within the portfolio, as well as provide marketing support for future product launches. Partner closely with the DS Transvenous Marketing team to continuously improve product marketing effectiveness. Partner cross-functionally across legal, regulatory, clinical, marketing communications, digital marketing, R&D, and sales to drive alignment and smooth execution of marketing programs/strategies. Must Have: Minimum requirements Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, product management, or relevant experience, or Masters’ degree with a minimum of 0 years of relevant experience. Experienced in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Nice to Have: Preferred requirements Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry. Prior marketing or sales team collaboration experience. High-energy, hands-on approach with team-oriented mindset. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Project management skills. Ability to thrive in a matrixed and geographically diverse business environment. Ability to work with autonomy through some degree on ambiguity. Self-motivated. Boldy work through barriers and drive solutions. Willingness to travel (:10%) as required to support field teams and business initiatives.
