Service Technician III

Responsibilities
Work with customers to electrically and mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment to include cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration.
Leave from home each morning and work with minimal direct supervision at customer sites.
Meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
An accredited high school diploma or GED and 4-6 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
Ability to work overtime and on-call as required.
Attend industry leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH.
Physical Demands
Lift up to 75 lbs.
Climb up to 10 ft with an A-frame ladder.
Occasional roof access may be necessary through extension ladders or fixed ladders greater than 20 feet.
Extensive walking 3-5 miles per day.
Extensive driving 5-6 hours per day.
Kneel, squat, bend, push/pull.
Move in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
Operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment.
Operate machinery and or power tools.
