Key Responsibilities

Tech Enablement of Business Processes: Identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions to optimize and automate core business processes.

AI‑Driven Process Engineering: Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to analyze workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and drive process reengineering initiatives.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to document process requirements and translate them into actionable specifications for development teams.

Agile Team Collaboration: Work closely with agile development teams to prioritize, iterate, and deliver process improvements in short development cycles.

Cross‑Functional Partnership: Facilitate communication and coordination across business units, IT, and development teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Change Management: Lead change management efforts to support the adoption of new technologies and process improvements across the organization.

Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process changes and technology enablement.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and managing expectations.

Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities for further optimization and innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline

5+ years of hands‑on experience

Relevant process improvement or product management certifications (e.g., Lean, PMP, Product School, Pragmatic Institute)

Deep understanding of business process engineering and optimization

Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement frameworks

Knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms for process analysis and reengineering

Understanding of change management strategies for technology adoption

Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions for business process improvement

Proficiency in leveraging AI and automation to optimize workflows

Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills

Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder communication abilities

Skilled in leading and facilitating agile teams through iterative development cycles

Analytical thinking and problem‑solving for process inefficiencies

Performance measurement and KPI tracking for process changes

Change management and user adoption facilitation

Proven track record in business process reengineering and optimization

Hands‑on experience implementing Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies

Experience leveraging AI tools and automation for process engineering

Successful collaboration with agile development teams to deliver process improvements

Experience managing cross‑functional projects and driving technology adoption

Background in healthcare, professional services, finance, or similar industries (preferred)
