Portland, OR , and travel regularly to our facilities in
Salt Lake City and Denver
to ensure operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Drive performance in productivity, delivery, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Lead and mentor branch-level teams with a collaborative, not top-down approach Own P&L accountability and expense management Implement and sustain Lean practices across departments Co-author and revise work instructions with team input Monitor and report on production performance (tactical and strategic) Ensure training compliance in quality and safety systems Oversee equipment, personnel, and plant process health Champion continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives Maintain compliance with EEOC, OSHA, and WIHA regulations Work directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience Strong decision-making and prioritization skills Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams Experience with Lean/CI initiatives and measurable outcomes Excellent communication and presentation skills Understanding of warehouse operations and their business impact Safety-first mindset and commitment to compliance Benefits Overview
