Overview
Manager, FP&A (Hybrid, Edgewood NY or NYC) at Broadridge. The Manager, Finance will directly support one of the ICS business units and report to the Sr. Director of FP&A. The position will have high exposure to senior executives both within and outside of finance and will play a key role in the monthly close, presentation of results to senior leadership, monthly forecasts, and annual Strategic Plan and Operating Plan. We are a hybrid role: you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and have the flexibility to work remote as needed. Responsibilities
Manage the business unit P&L and act as lead business partner to the General Manager Drive Operating Plan, Strategic Plan, Monthly Results and Monthly Forecasts Obtain a strong understanding of business unit products, including sales and revenue cycles Partner with Business Unit FP&A Leads to review results and make recommendations Conduct variance analysis including commentary and presentation of results Provide financial recommendations and input to Senior Management Streamline and create process efficiencies where possible Provide leadership and guidance to direct and indirect reports Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance and/or Sales Finance (financial services industry experience helpful) Proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, logical thinking and ability to identify and leverage best practices Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data analysis and modeling results into actionable recommendations Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience required MBA highly desired (but not required) High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint MS Power BI or other analytical tools desired but not required Benefits and Other
Salary range $110,000.00-$120,000.00 USD. Bonus Eligible.
