Responsibilities
Coordinate payments (ACH/WIRE/CHECK) to our clients
Review payments (ACH/WIRE/CHECK) prior to disbursement
Coordinate OFAC reviews prior to payment distribution
Track all payment requests received from the Client Service team
Monitor all banking activities to detect and timely resolve any irregularities
Daily account reconciliation to ensure bank account balance and internal records match
Daily review and decisioning of positive pay items
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding all cash deposits to the bank
Prepare reconciliation reports for individual remediation client accounts as needed (weekly, monthly)
Work with team on escheatment of aged funds
Develop an understanding of Broadridge and the scope of the company
Develop an understanding of the Class Actions business
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and 3+ years related experience and/or training.
Degree in accounting or related field is a plus
Strong analytical skills: ability to gather data, interpret results, reformulate as needed
Strong written and oral communication skills
A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Corporate or treasury banking experience is a plus
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Salary and Benefits Salary range $65,000.00-$75,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
